Milla La Maria is just perfect in many ways! Charming, safe, clean, great location, the sweetest hosts and the ideal stay for a family of 5. We spent the most amazing two weeks in this little piece of heaven surrounded by nature, while relaxing and surfing our days away :) our 7-year old daughter had a blast in the private pool which is perfectly maintained. Roberto and Glori are also there to assist & advice you in every possible way. You’re in for a treat and you’ll probably want to stay forever at Milla La Maria!
Roberto welcomed us and was very helpful answering questions. The house is simple with everything you need. Maria (the housekeeper) is very friendly and keeps everything very clean. Lots of birds and monkeys to see from the property. The pool is kept very clean. We had 3 generations in the house and it was great for everyone. There is a bedroom on the bottom floor (which is helpful for elders). There was a lot of swell in the water behind the house when we were there so most days it was above our ability for surfing but we were driving distance to lots of other options. Roberto gave us surf guide recommendations. Also, helped us to find a chef. We used Adrian and Andy and they were both very professional. Also, lots of restaurants walking distance. Thanks Roberto for welcoming us. We will be back!

Roberto is very welcoming and knows the area . Very nice clean house with 2 nice bedrooms / en-suite baths . All amenities . In second row from the beach with a private walkway to the beach . Great stay and will be back
We were fortunate enough to spend time in this beautiful house with our 3 children during our time in Santa Teresa. Roberto and Glori are the perfect hosts and we loved the little touches like fresh coconuts on arrival etc. The additional bed for our youngest child was perfect and very comfortable, as were all the other beds-we all slept soundly! We are a surfing family and this location is perfect as a short walk through the beautiful property takes you to the most gorgeous beach with great surfwaves. The sunsets from in front of the property are stunning. The location in general is great as it's in a slightly quieter part of Santa Teresa but has a supermarket and several good restaurants within an easy walk. We loved our stay and would happily stay here again if we get the chance.
Amazing villa! Amazing location! Roberto & Glorie are extremely friendly, respectful, and accommodating hosts! They arranged our ATV rentals, surf lessons, made a special fire for us on the beach and always assured we were comfortable and happy. The property is meticulously maintained. Fresh sheets and towels every day. Supermarket across the street is very convenient. Direct beach access through perfectly maintained private pathway. Our experience with Roberto & Glorie and their beautiful Vila made Santa Teresa an easy place to fall in love with
It was our first time traveling to Santa Teresa and it exceeded any expectations we may have had. A quaint little surfing village with AMAZING food, great beaches and wonderful people. We had the exciting experience of being only the second couple to have stayed in this villa as it is BRAND NEW! Being the fact that there was no reviews at the time, I was a little bit nervous about what we might have shown up to but pulling in was a sigh of relief. The Villa is absolutely wonderful! Extremely clean and you can smell the freshness. It’s beautiful (possibly the nicest place in Santa Teresa), and a really cool design. Very calming and relaxing. The property is maintained every day and the location wise...WOW! A private path to the beach was so special. The owners Roberto and Glori are incredible people. They arranged transportation to and from the airport for us, organized our ATV rentals, arranged our private surfing lessons AND even created an incredible fire on the beach evening for us when I mentioned I loved camp fires. For anyone that feels more comfortable booking places with reviews, I hope this helps.(this is the first time I have ever made a point to write one).. You will NOT be disappointed. Thank you Roberto and Glori...we will be coming back very soon with our family :)
Coming to Santa Teresa for more than 15 years, this year we had the best experience - staying at Milla La Maria. A Simple, clean, beautiful, pleasant, comfortable and very functional villa, in the ultimate best location in Santa Teresa just a short beautiful walk through the garden to the beach. On top of everything - Roberto and Glory are the kindest and cutest hosts one could ask for. I'm definetley back here next year...
